The footballing pride of South Wales

Formed in 1912, Swansea City has enjoyed a remarkable rise to the top of the game. Highlights include a seven-year stint in the globally renowned Premier League, a historic League Cup triumph in 2013, and a memorable Europa League campaign. In recent years, the Swans have established themselves as a competitive Championship side, regularly challenging in one of football’s most demanding leagues, finishing mid-table in the 2025/26 season and continuing their ambition to return to the topflight under a new generation of players and leadership.​

Creating a new history

Our partnership marks a nostalgic reunion for Swansea City and Gulf, the people behind Reviva. Gulf was the club’s front-of-shirt sponsor from 1993 to 1996, including the legendary 1994 Autoglass Trophy victory at Wembley Stadium.​

The iconic kits from those years continue to strike a chord with Swansea City supporters today. Fan favourites such as Roger Freestone, Jan Molby, Jason Bowen, Kristian O’Leary and Kwame Ampadu were among the players to wear those strips, and our re- integration into the Swansea City family ensures younger fans can continue to wear the same shirts as their favourite Swans players.​

In 2024, Swansea City and Gulf launched a limited-edition commemorative kit to mark the 30th anniversary of this special day in the club’s history. ​
